THE CLEANSE PROGRAM
If you need to KICKSTART your detox/cleanse, it is recommended to do the 3-step program for the first month. You can continue with this program each month after, if you feel you need that extra help to detox and cleanse your body.
To just maintain your detox and cleanse without that extra help, we recommend doing our 2-Step 30-day teatox monthly. For best results, doing either of our TeaTox programs, combined with a healthy diet and exercise program, as well as drinking plenty of water, should be considered a lifestyle change and is safe to use day/night.
It is important to be conscience of what foods you eat during the detox/cleanse process and is not recommended to indulge in junk food or any processed food while detoxing/cleansing as this defeats the purpose of the detox/cleanse program, (obviously!).
